How does Landmark Ticket work?+
Landmark Ticket is the easy way for American travelers to book European attraction tickets. Choose your attraction, pay securely in USD, and your e-tickets are delivered straight to your inbox. One price, no hidden fees.
How will I receive my tickets?+
Your e-tickets are delivered directly to the email address you provide at checkout. Allow up to 2 hours for delivery after your order is confirmed.
Why should I book through Landmark Ticket instead of the official website?+
We make booking easy for American travelers by offering USD pricing, English-language support, and a simple checkout process. Many European attraction websites can be confusing to navigate, have foreign-language interfaces, or only accept certain European payment methods. Landmark Ticket brings everything together in one place.
What does skip the line mean?+
Skip the line means you bypass the ticket counter queue at the attraction. Because you already have your ticket, you do not need to wait in line to purchase one on the day. Please note this refers to skipping the ticket counter queue, not the entrance queue, which may still apply at busy times.
Are these official tickets?+
Yes. All tickets sold through Landmark Ticket are genuine, official tickets. Your e-tickets are delivered directly to your email.
Can I get a refund?+
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred once confirmed. We strongly recommend booking only when your travel dates are confirmed.
Why are your prices different from the official website?+
Our prices include a service fee that covers customer support and USD payment processing. You always have the option to purchase tickets directly from the attraction's official website.
Do I need to print my tickets?+
No. All attractions accept mobile tickets. Simply show the e-ticket on your phone at the gate. We recommend taking a screenshot as a backup in case of connectivity issues.
What should I bring on the day of my visit?+
Bring your phone with the e-ticket ready to scan, a valid photo ID, comfortable walking shoes, and arrive 10-15 minutes before your time slot. Some attractions have specific requirements — check the attraction page for details.
I haven't received my tickets yet. What should I do?+
Tickets are delivered within 2 hours of your order being confirmed. Please check your spam and promotions folders, as attraction emails sometimes end up there. If you still haven't received them after 2 hours, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Can I book for a group?+
Yes. You can select multiple adult, child, and senior tickets during checkout. All tickets will be delivered to the same email address. There is no separate group booking process needed.
Is my payment information secure?+
Absolutely. We use Trust Payments, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and processed securely — we never see or store your full card number.
